These terms explain how you may use Barcelona Flamenco Tickets and where our role ends. They do not replace the terms that apply when you book a show.

Barcelona Flamenco Tickets is an independent travel guide for comparing flamenco shows in Barcelona. We are not the official website of Barcelona Flamenco Shows or any venue, and we do not sell tickets, operate performances, or manage bookings.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. Our guides, comparisons and links are general information, not an offer to sell a ticket or a promise that a show will be available.
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it without permission.
- Do not copy or republish our content as your own without written permission.
- Check the booking page before paying, especially the venue, date, start time, ticket type and inclusions.
Bookings and your contract
Some links take you to GetYourGuide. If you make a booking, your contract is with GetYourGuide or the operator named during booking, not with Barcelona Flamenco Tickets.
The seller’s terms cover payment, confirmation, entry, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer support. Your consumer rights against that seller remain unaffected by these terms.
Information on this site
We aim to keep our guides useful and accurate. Show times, prices, seating, food, drinks, availability and venue rules can change after we publish a page.
We cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete or current at the time you view it. The details shown in the booking flow and on your confirmation are the details to rely on for your booking.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for our own site content where the law requires it. We are not responsible for a venue’s performance, admission decision, seating, cancellation, service, safety arrangements, or changes made by GetYourGuide or an operator.
We also cannot resolve booking, payment, refund or ticket-delivery issues because we do not hold your booking. Contact the provider shown on your confirmation for those matters.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Local consumer law may apply depending on where you live.
Our content and third-party names
Our original text, page design and other site materials belong to Barcelona Flamenco Tickets or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal travel planning.
Names, logos and marks belonging to venues, operators and GetYourGuide remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean that they endorse this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or its links change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
This page is provided for transparency and does not replace the booking provider’s own terms, which govern any purchase.
